Yes, I'm here, again. And I'm asking to put a stop to all the leechers on this forum, and I think I have a good enough idea. If you're easily offended please dont read this.
1 - I'm f**king sick of these 1 post f**king noobs making threads about some stupid idea like a socket trick. YOU should only be allowed post a thread if you have over 100 posts and 5 karma. Thats my suggestion number 1.
2 - I'm also f**king sick of hearing these noobs whine about just about everything and anything. ANYone that asks for co partner or cotobo should automatically get 2 warnings as there is a thread CLEARLY DEDICATED TO BOTH PROGRAMS.
3 - If users go inactive, IE they stop using epvp because they have every program they need, then come back when it suits. Their account should be declared inactive and they will have to email a suitable mod to have it reactivated.
4 - 2 warnings = ban. The system is too leniant, I've seen the worst noobs on this forum with only 1 warning to their name. This shouldn't be the case. You get 2 warnings, you get an IP ban, end of story.
5 - Limit the amount of people that can register to the forum for one month. No more f**king leechers.
I will gladly help devote my time to any of the 5 items listed above, and I'm requesting having this pinned.

That does sound rather nice, but a new person such as me who would like to contribute seems to be a little left out there.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the solution to the problem is to eradicate auto-acceptance into the forums. Anyone who wants to join and participate in the Conquer section of Epvpers should be required to take a test/questionaire first and have it approved by a higher-up. Anyone not possessing a fundamental knowledge of the game, as well as being able to show some semblence of intelligence, doesn't get in. Period.
This is supposed to be Epvpers but there is nothing "elite" about some wise ***, barely literate noob who doesn't even have a basic understanding of Conquer, being able to join and make threads, spam at will and have the same privileges as a veteran of the game.
The only difference between this place and the Conquer forums themselves, is that hacks and cheats are allowed to be discussed and posted here. It'll stay that way too until automatic forum acceptance is curved.

I have an easier solution.
Change the name of the website from 'elitepvpers' to 'noobaimbotleechers'.

You can have 1000 post and 500 karma and making "stupid threads", needing 100 posts and 5 karma, ending up in spamming the forum to get 100 posts and making mutliple accs to get the karma.

I think making this thread is also some kind of whining.

Alle mods doing their work here, does that as a hobby and spent their free time for it and have already enough todo, so they have nothing better todo then checking lots of emails too?
And when is someone a leecher and not, who have to mail who not? I was over a half year active and i dont feel like a leecher. And why should a real leecher mail a reason and not just create a new account?
How you can proove the reason?

Yeah ip ban, good that most users have an dynamic ip.

Limit very good idea, because everyone who register is a leecher and a noob, right? So you are one and i am one and not to forgot lowfyr is then one too.

when i came to this forum, i was new at conquer and i had no clue at all about gamehacking, and if you use the search i contributed some things to conquer when i was still active in the game, so please stop the all ppl are "noobs" and bad, because they have no clue.

Many problems could be solved if mods would just delete the spam posts from threads. Because the forums have turned since the last patches into anarchy where everything is cluttered with spam.
Even usefull threads are hard to read because 9/10 of the postings are just spam.
A lose hand is nice but sometimes a harsh cleanup is better for everyone. It remembers me somehow of AAO (I was mod at UC when AAO included PB).

Why are you referencing gamehacking to me when I never mentioned it? Not once in my comment did I mention that the ability to make hacks and programs should be a requirement to be here. What I tried to illustrate is that having a fundamental understanding of the game, as well as some intelligence and common sense most certainly should be mandatory requirements.
I don't care if anyone can make hacks or not, why should I care when I can't even make them myself? Every karma I've gotten has just been for my comments and posts because people appreciated something I had to say.
Bottom line, I don't think Epvpers is or should be exclusively for programmers. I think it should be for sensible game-veterans, both programmer and non-programmer alike to come together and enjoy a community that is a step above the generic noob-infested **** on the Conquer forums.
These are just my opinions, flame me or praise me it's your choice but that's what I think.

The problem is that epvpers start off as a pretty tight community, with a common purpose.. but now it has evolved from a legendary holy grail of gaming solutions into a slummy back alley for noobs to obtain hacks from.
As a community forum, it was a good solid place.. but right now it's just a gas station where strangers stop by to fill up on unleaded, on their way to work..
I don't even know which is worse... the silent leecher noobs, or the spamming 'make me this' noobs.. but there is no easy way to go back to what epvp used to be.

Btw - I understand your position in epvp, and I mean absolutely no disrespect to you.

1 - Ok, thats true. Valid point. You can have 1000 posts and 500 karma and still post useless threads. Sure you can. But whats the likelihood? hmm... 1/1000? maybe 1/1000000? please think realistically. Possible - Yes. Probable - No. And if you still dont believe me, please provide an even better solution, I'm sure you have one somewhere.
2 - Yes I'm whining. Of course I am. But what's worse is you're avoiding the point of the thread totally, you're like G.W. Bush when he's asked about the war in Iraq.
3 - As I said I would gladly help out. You have a whole army of people on this server (senior members) that would be more than happy to help. And before you jump to conclusions, the mods could decide who should be elected for mod from the public. There's another one of your points smashed.
4 - Most? Lawl. Most senior members yes. Most leechers dont know the first thing about changing your ip address, so that's not even close to a valid point.
5 - Yeah, I was going to say that people who want to register should get permission to do so from the mods, but apparently "they have too much work to do" according to yourself, so I guess hey we should just let every leecher in, make the forum go to sh*t and fill it with enough wyrms to kill a dog.

I agree with most everything you posted besides the first suggestion.

As far as I have seen, only those who have seriously contributed in a major topic or posted a new helpful topic get karma.
Say you went into a thread and posted something great, chances are most people will skip over it or thank you, but not give you karma. They will however look at the first poster in the thread and give them karma, because they have an excuse of "they started the idea" or "J00 AreZ A NooB! WTF R U TalkIn?"
Ignorance and intelligence can't be proven by post count or even necessarily karma.
I have 8 valid points of karma, the majority of them came from my memory address access and coding example thread. I had to start the thread, since no other one fit, except for the incredibly outdated and inactive thread that previously attempted a lesser variant. I more than likely would not have received any karma if I had posted it in a generalized thread.
I only have 38 posts, as of now, but I still contributed something that was not contributed before in such a manner.
Yes, I myself am sick with all the duplicate threads about socket, dragonball, and skill tricks. There is a reason why we have moderators though, sadly we don't have many in this particular area.

I would like to get Karma, but contributing seems a bit difficult when many things are just laid out.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Someone with high karma and high post count made a clearly unrelated yet kind post. It can happen, but it just isn't as bad as if someone with a single post did such a thing in a major topic.
