the fact that the file is too small and virus scan stated that... virustotal OVERLOADED... i dont think i trust it

Ok.There u go, i fixed the QOProxy and everything is working + new things added, i am trying to make it work as partner and cotobo all in one but its in very early stage so i will post this version for now.Its the original one created by Qonquer.
