good program to make hacks with?

i need a good program for a beginner hacker i wanna learn how to code and make my own programs so i can contribute to the community any ideas?

i suggest C#
if you want dl my damage calculator in my sig
it was made in C#- its a tool not a hack but you can see what a program made in C# looks like somewhat

that doesnt help at all i wouldnt even know how to start coding c# let alone to tell it what to do...

Thats Y u google C# tutorials
There is hundreds out there..Your not gonna wake up one morning and magically know how to program..You will have to read..learn..and try....then repeat 1ooo x
