cant upgrate boots

hi,

i maked 2 weeks ago soc boots in tc but now i wanne lvl then up and it cant there saying the item issent repairt or you are to low lvl :? the boots are lvl 30 and im lvl 108 and iff repair then also like 1000 times also on the mrkt cant i upgrate then... and i got enough mets whit me.
iff you now maby why plz give a meesage

go to tc and get hit by pheasants until you can see durability lost on your boots,repair,and then you should be able to upgrade.

try wat noobhacker adviced and if it dun help, try reborning it and do it again.
