i dunno if there is such hack but i want a hack that can increase ur attack, dexterity or defence. if could can u please also gimmi a link or put one of those download things on.ty

There is nothing like that. You can only make modification on client side, but it wiln't work in game - it'll be just good looking on screens :P

To your last request.. if you play this game, i guess you use windows.. you dont need a special program to open .exe files..

They are "Executable" files.. which means you just double click on them..

just google hexeditor..theres plenty of free ones around
..and no windows will not open all .exe files.. some that are made need .net frameword to load
