i agree with ^^^^^^^^^ if it has that 1 on it and the SHEER fact that to item edit u need a hex editor and also it wouldnt change it for real just so U could see it i wouldnt dl if i was u guys


if its not a hack then plz put the hex editin part of it in a chat box

im pretty sure hes looking for a program(one that has not been made) to change the quality of his items in game, like from elite to super. which we definately do not have, but what was posted above is probaly the best choice
