What type of Program to use ??

Hi,

I wish to know what type of Program to use ..

Something like macro but I can manipulate 3 characters at the same time in one screen eg (if im at Character A screen.)

Character A : heal / revive
Character B : SS
Character C : Thunder

Can we do this ?? If possible what type of program ??
