I was just wondering if anyone knows of a program to add "weather/night/day" effects to program. Whether its an overlay effect or directly ingame. I'm getting burnt out on seeing nothing but still backgrounds... I want some life. Does anyone know of such a thing? It would really be the best contribution of epvp I have seen aside from Cotobo and Copartner.
