I downloaded one from this site, and i change my ip as intrusted and i also operate under "cmd" mode to open the QOProxy. Then i typed "java -Dragon QOProxy" and it doesnt work. All it says on the screen is "logging into server, plesae wait a moment". Can some pro users help me ?

Don't use QOProxy its got backdoors u can get haxed

i have the program but i cant get it to run in my command propt i type in ever thing when i type in cd java -Dragon QOProxy it says the spesifyed path is not found please help me if you can.
