Re-wrote proxy functionality from the ground up. Improved efficiency and functionality adding some stuff such as distance and pathing calculations using shifting vs jumping which should in theory improve speed (although a properly written speedhack would be better... not bothered writing one though)

Added mine bot (ironically found a super gem the first time testing it lol!)

Added loot all functionality.


Test video using lowered speeds to ensure stability (not bothered dialing in for full efficiency, focusing on the functionality side vs efficiency atm)

Ok so I've been doing lots of tracking for this project in my main project tracker thread but I feel it's advanced to the point where it deserves its own thread.

Project Alchemy is a BASIC proxy written in C# for official tq servers. I've been writing it as

A: a learning project
B: a way to build up my knowledge and reference of current tq packets (so eventually I can make a fully custom, current tq path private server source)
C: a tool for botting/hacking on tq servers.

Currently it's still quite basic but I've gotten alot done in the last week or so including.

Auto hunt:
Auto loot:
Basic Path system:
Basic character settings system (saves/loads character settings from sql db):
Basic Timestamp system (so that others can use the bot w/o having screwed up timestamps causing dc's)


And some other basic functionality. I'm still working on adding more features but we are ALMOST to the point where I will start to need more testers. This is where you, the player come in.

Once the gui system advances to a usable level so that you aren't doing everything through my commands (which I've been told are confusing lol), I will be allowing a LIMITED number of people on the proxy for LIMITED testing (it will not be 24/7, it will not be full featured... it will be for PRE BETA TESTING ONLY!)

For future reference. This thread will be used for UPDATES on the proxy, the other thread will simply be logging my own projects (so my questions, problems and other stuff).


Here's some super early vids taken of the bot system (It's advanced since then)



Note: The crashing was caused by too many character updates being sent to the player. That's long been fixed now.




UPDATES:

July 2:

Path System Tested: Working, needs improvement. 5 Basic paths added for testing

Time Stamp Fixed: Others can now bot using the proxy without dcing due to invalid packet time stamps

Character Settings: Character settings are now saved on dc and loaded on login. NOTE: I'll change this so that if you dc during xp mode it won't screw around with the speed settings. Simple fix though.

Improved Mob/item Add/remove:
If the character goes out of range of an item or monster, it is removed from the local mob/item dictionary.


July 1:

Re-wrote Botting code: Much better handling of bot actions

Handled more Character update packets: XP mode auto ends when the xp status time drops below 2. Should mean xp/cyclone ending will not cause you to still hunt super fast and dc

Auto loot improved: Better adding/removing of ground items.

Ok: made another quick video of the progress.

War hunting with:

Auto Xp activation
Auto speed change based on xp mode
Auto looting
Path system


Gui system is being worked on by iPood (he told me to leave it for him or he'll be grumpy so I am lol)

Hopefully next week a working gui will be ready (it will simply read updates sent by the server and allow the user to send updates back which will change their characters botting settings.)




Also I've updated the mob adding/removal (AGAIN) so hopefully it will no longer leave ghost mobs around (it really slowed down botting longer you ran!)

No problems so far. Gonna run my war without touching and see how long before it dc's or runs into problems.

1055 ko's in superman before it ran out.... still having problems where certain mobs are being ignored. no idea what the **** I'm doing wrong.

Think I know what was wrong there... I, like a complete idiot... was only checking mob distance for removal on NORMAL jumps... not the fake jump packets the proxy creates.

Testing now.

Minor bug with xp skill use: I was not resting the bot functions long enough to cast xp skills causing dc on use sometimes. Fixed now, no dc's since.

Aprox Chars: 2nd RB archer(130). 1st RB warrior(125). 1st RB ninja(127). 2nd RB tao(122). 2nd RB trojan(132). And a bunch of other RB ninja-warrior noobs.

Aprox Chars: 130 pure 2nd rb war, two pure trojans both 127, 131 2nd rb archer, and many noobs.
English ability: Perfect english, but a bit of a southern accent!
Bot/proxy experience:Old school tools like sv and cotobo, but not much else. I can help with testing.

****, these public proxies really gotta come to an end soon. No offense to thread maker though. I honestly just wish they'd change encryptions soon though, instead of using ******* encryptions that come with public instructions on how to "crack" them -_-

I agree there are far too many hacks/bots/tools for co and they are getting really easy for everyone to access. I do wanna correct you slightly though. This is in no way a 'public proxy'. It's a project I'm working on in my spare time for ***** and giggles as a way to learn a bit more coding and to log/structure some new packets to eventually (maybe) make my own server source running the latest tq patch.

I do not play conquer, I don't even play private servers... I just enjoy coding things for it for some reason as a way to teach myself new coding concepts. Strange but it works.

The reason I may be letting some people on is to basically do a bit of a stress test once I get the initiative to code the new version of the proxy so i can sort out and bugs. It MAY eventually be somewhat more prevalent but for now I'm literally thinking like 5-10 people just to provide some input as I stumble around coding new stuff.

yo im fireblaze new in co private servers old in c# i started on epvp because of the conquer section later i found out that there is a private server section to and i downloaded a source and saw that it is a c# source (a language that i know) i tryed to get connected to some private servers but it failed:p well the servers failed to keep the server online. my plan is this, i never know that private servers of conquer where possible (yeah i readed something on the internet about it and...
