I need help about Archer Lab bot

man i dont know why my archer not going back
when it could fly to shoot
he keep shooting none stuff
it wont go back itself
and when i jump him around then he stop shooting later
and then later he shoot again about 10 sec
so plz help
i dont know how to using it
how i fix the time delay help plz
