It's not encrypted but it IS NOT PLAIN TEXT... so yah... most people are all "wtf I need to decrypt it!" when in reality you need to just use a hex editor.

yes i used search and find out that i have to edit range of 1h weapon to 2h and then what? how can he do that without macro...
i saw him how he was doing it....
