sure.. get an elite bow at lvl 15 or smewhere low .... next go to the church do ur prayers .. go back home use ur db and poke it in the TC Artisan

it goes normal=>refined=>unique=>elite=>super

in that order, so it CAN be done, with a shitload of luck, but if you want it to get to super,it has to be elite already, and also, you should have asked someone ingame about this, or had a look on the conquer site.
