When downloading them, can someone tell me where i save em to? I DL them, to my desktop and they come looking as lil pieces of paper.... I dont know what to do with them. Someone Plz help me (and soooo sorry for actin a noob >.< i hate when ppl act like noobs >.>)

I have been running these things for a while now to check and see if they're running but some of em arent working properly on the new 4331 patch but n e ways, the important stuff.
