Conquer doesn't even use that port... lol unless you're using a private server, guess they could be
Anyways, either check your windows firewall (or norton/ zonealarm, whatever u have) after you do that, and make sure the port isn't blocked, login to your router (if you have one).
usually you login to it by entering 192.168.1.1 (in most cases i've noticed) but you might have a different gateway IP.
Check that by pushing 'WinKey' + 'R' or push the start button then run, it's the same thing.
after you do that type 'cmd' in that window and it opens up the command prompt, and inside the command prompt type
'ipconfig /all' and it'll give ya your default gateway IP, along with alot of other ones you wont need right now.
then go to :P

They're not used in homes commonly, I've seen them in businesses though.
Generally I have to deal with sonicwalls but IBM should be about the same.
Is this at your house or are you doing this at work?
If it's at home you need to figure out your firewalls ip address.
Depending on how it's hooked up (probably Computer -> Router -> Switch -> Firewall) you might not be able to connect to it to unblock this port.
If you can get ahold of whoever set it up for you ask them how to connect to it.
I think ipconfig should still list it though.

I've never had any experience with that brand of firewall but I don't see it being much different.
I don't know how it's set up, I'd have to be in your server room to take a look :P
Only way you can get it done is by asking the network admin. Dont think you'll be able to do it yourself.
Your firewall probably has a password on it too
