PLease can anyone help me? i suck on this >.< quite new so im so confused on having a mutli client on my pc -.- i have downloaded the HEX editor and yet i cant open more than 2 windows HELP me please :'(

I dont know who packed that *.exe file and I don´t know if there belongs a *.dll to that, but that´s the one i´m using (works fine with puzzlebird´s Partner, cotobo not tested yet)
