You cant do it, its serversided, all info about your character is stored in the server at TQ, so unless you hack into the server, you cant change your character.
Yes you can change your lvl etc on your side, but its only a false image thrown over the real thing. If you edit the files for the client, the status panel may say that your lvl 130 but your actual level didnt change.
