It could be from botting or assaulting a GM in-game. Wait until server maintenance. Right after you should be able to log in. If not, e-mail a GM and tell them you were jumping weird and walking in circles because you had some brandy that afternoon. xD

Anyway I hope it's not permanant, what level did you get banned on?

it was from useing the instant disconect funtion in cotobo 'Ctrl+T'

It could be just a lock because I've heard conquer can detect when you connect too fast or at a certain percise rate and will lock your account [until next server maintenance which I think is tonight]
