spyware to use hacking account

hi guys i just need some information abt ridding spyware in computers. i just found out someone installed a spyware in a com . and it said this kind of spyware send mssg to someone's email. well im wondering this might be one ot those program which get all information of an account and send to hacker's email.

anywyz i used search and spyware boot but im not 100% sure if the virus or the program is totally gone.

anyone give me idea abt this hacing program of account? tnx

Sorry, but once certain spyware/malware/ect is into your system, you are permanently compromised. Format is the only option.

ohh ty i used spybot searchanddestroy it seems ok...

i do format sometimes but time consuming hehe..

tracks eraser does get some **** off ur comp like not just history and all that but stuff ur comp is storing from dls that is really not needable so if u havnt ever used it it can get like 1gig off ur comp and make it run 3275457432957982743134x faster
