I'm having the same problem, was sent to botjail for no usage of bots. There's nothing you can really do, but if I get out of botjail I will tell you what to do. Here is a copy of the emails I sent, just showing how idiotic and terrible TQ are, not just at managing the game, but the poor bastards can't even speak english.

There are two ways to supply dragon ***** to us:
1. Once you get out of the jail, take dragon ball to our online GM directly.<---- Right, I take dragon ball to online GM VERY VERY
2. Make a character with dragon ball in it, provide us the account info and the server, GM will go to take it. Once GM gets the dragon ball, he will set you free.

my archer, ------ (Login -----) from -------- server was put in
botjail. I have no idea why, I dont bot. I got bad lag, hopped around,
dropped items and got disconnected. I log back in and I'm in botjail. I'd
APPRECIATE it if my account was taken out immediately.
