It doesn't matter where you put the rules, or how many times you do it. If people have come here to follow the rules they will take time out to read them.
Many people here are intellectually challenged, or just can't be bothered to read the rules. If they don't follow them, what happens? You put effort into moving their posts, and its your time being wasted, not theirs.
If you want these idiots to follow the rules, you need to make sure its their time they are wasting, and not yours. Lock topics, ban them, so they gotta waste time re-registering, then the next time they might have some sense and post in the right ******* forum.

We'd like to help, but theres not much we can do other than flame teh noobs.  , or ignore them and let them cluster up the forum.
Give Lowfry and nudge and direct him here . He seems to have forgotten, *sigh*
