multiple personalitys

can some one do somthing to delete multiple pvpers acounts of same persons. so people can stop making fake atestments to fake bots/theorys/fexpoits ect. ,
and stop giving them selves karma. did u know every one has all there items screen full of socket items adn everywhere house cuz of all these socket tricks that actualy work, jsut look at all the witneses testimonys. NOT.

karma is ment to be a indercation of the person... but to be fair i look up how they got it and it's normaly for really **** reasons.... and now alot of the karma is given because people give them +1 karma to tell them to stfu or if it's a worthless post :s

Even if someone uses a proxy forum administration can still get there real ip proxy only goes so far.

I think if you get a good proxy (not one that passes on your IP address) then the administrators would have to contact the owners of the proxy to get the logs. This is obviously too much work for a single noob.

In Germany it would be a bad admin to give away logs so easily and
he might get into trouble aswell.

For Big ISP's you need to have good reasons to recieve other computer logfiles.
And it usually will be the police asking for those file and they won't ask just bc someone pushed his karma in an online forum...

The only davantage of banning accounts with multiple ip's is increasing the amount
of work neccassary to do the same (multiple Email adresses, Ano proxies, internet cafe's, ano dialup connections, etc etc).

So it's simply a fight about who has more time and more ideas. Most times the abusers are one step ahead and very creative (check the cheats for each computer game, hardly one without).
