Monster-->Item Detector

I asked about 20 mins ago about an item detector, now i want to know if its possible for someone to make a macro/bot that will tell you what each mob is going to drop (excluding +1s) to save the trouble of killing mobs when hunting. Well its server side, but it could also use packets sent to server to work. I.E. Hack a packet saying (Hit Birdman 12.222 damage, killed Birdman. Birdman drops [1.000 gold, 912 gold, 520 gold, normal frost blade] and change it to [Super frost blade 2 soc +1, Super rose backsword 2 soc +1, moonbox] just example
