A way to lvl weapons after 115 without using db's

Is there anyway to lvl my weps after 115 without using db's on it?
i know once i could go tc and met spam but now it doesnt work on weapons

that tc lvling with mets never worked on weapons, only necky armor and boots, and still works, for example u can lvl ur necky from 112 to 120 in tc with mets, then u cant u gotta go mkt and put a db into it.

so there isnt anyway to do so?
what about the bound cp's maybe there is a way using them somehow
