I needa little help...

I can open Co but when i log in my acc it said Error:CreateNew3DTexture(c3/effect/countB/CountBZ.dss failure.

How can i repair it?

reinstal latest patch (the big one)
reinstal your video card drivers and maybe new directX
if that wont help reinstal game and if that wont help then reinstal windows o.o and install windows xp with sp2

dunno what else it can be but im not too pro in computer stuff
