Change fonts?

hi everyone.

I wanna ask how to change conquer fonts.
I did search, but non of these topics seem to work.
I hope anyone of ya can help me.

go to ur conquer folder then ini folder and edit Font.ini
before the latest patch you had to edit StrRes.ini to change the font and font size

If you did that and no one had the font you were using wouldn't they not be able to see what you're typing?
or is all that **** client side..

But editing stres.ini doesnt work anymore

How do I edit Font.ini? Just reads:
ËÎÌå 14
Nvm, found it
BUT.

I need to find a font that is actually readable especially difference between 1s and ls. If it goes too big, the text overlaps and looks stupid.

i found a way....
All you have to do is instal chinese rpc language, and put this as your computer language.

Conquer changes automaticly to a much better font if you do tha.

PART 1

Add Chinese PRC font.
Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages > Install files for East Asian languages

PART 2

After you Install files for East Asian languages go back to languages Advanced Click the box in Compatibility Configuration "Extend support of advanced text services to all programs and set it on Chinese (PRC) instead of english.

Sorry, I'm not seeing that second option anywhere. I found the East Asian thing, it was actually already checked, but not the other thing.

I think I found it, it asks me to restart?

o i guess i already had a better font than some ppl, east asian language was installed on my comp ages ago.

for part 2 i can go to advanced but i dont have the compatibility configuration box
