ive had my ini files messed up and in qonquer my nix wasnt so frequent as it should have been,so i talked to the qh and they said that my ini files might been messed up so i changed them....
so....
is the freq of the weapon skills serversided, could we just edit it and make the freq higher>?

all the skills and lvl,job,items...ect.... are on server side

if they were client everyone would have level 20 profs and lvl 9 skills ect.. just wouldnt be sane..

It is server sided, I think TQ is saying,maybe the file that allows it to connect to server got deleted or tampered (a bit mroe complicated, but somehting on the lines of this)
