ik im gonnas get flames for just coming onto this site recently and making a post like this and also no1 will believe me i guarantee but me and a few friends came up with a theory that seems to work to get some low lvl ref socs well here it goes. my friend and me used to buy db's cuz we wanted to get a start on our characters and i got bored and didnt know what to spend my money on so i bought 5 moonboxes and i got a soc refined necky and then i tried it a week later and got a soc ref bracelet me n a few friends think that all of the socs r based on luck but we also think that doing certain can give u luck like buying db's (believable cuz ur helping them keep the game running) and we think that some vp can help u find some +1's hunting and stuff cuz i was finding good stuff when i had 50k+ vp then when i spent it on labby i found nothing but **** until i got my vp up again well those r my theories so yeah

lol well the first 5 ss were from my friend...they sent them to me after I sent the ss of 2socing my boots...other people on my server have made (on those coords): 2x 1soc atk ring, 1soc dex ring, 1soc tao cap, 1soc necky....

but I'm still unsure about this 'socketing coords' stuff...I mean if 5 people are spamming 700mets+/week on the same coords they`re bound to get a soc eventually you know.. :/

I remember someone (dont remember name sry >.<) said it's the item itself that determines if it will soc or not...which raises the question if something about the item can determine if it will soc or not, then you can edit the item type to show this right?

um question (noobish sorry) um upgrading in market photo thats fine... so your saying at these pacific times u can sock items in market? i dont see a problem with it could be very posible cause u did it tho i wonder if its different per server/ other things that could vary this..

just spammed again at those coords with 30 mets as fast as i can on 10 items... no soc

i think of myself as the most unlucky person in CO. 300 mets in one week and NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!

notice I got the 2nd soc in boots (which were given to me by a good friend who quit as eli+1 lvl 10 1soc) on a wednesday... Here`s what I did THAT DAY: Went to mkt, got 1 +1 boot from my tao`s stash, traded it to my trojan. took another +1 boot from my trojan`s stash and +2 the soc boots (elite+2 lvl 100 now), went to tc with 2 metscrolls, opened 1 up at those coords, put 3 into it and they upped and got 2nd soc

However, from Monday-Friday of the previous week I spammed well over 1k mets into low lvl boots and rings...which is why I say it`s all based on luck...Although I think there is 1 person who might be willing to tell us

*cough* char + guild name. *cough* you took so much time to black out everything else. it wouldnt be hard to track down exactly what server you're on based on guild name alone, let alone everyone knowing the chars name.
