problem with conquer partner

ok when i open it up, and have conquer on, i hit the f11, and it comes up but everythign is in question marks, sum1 help me plz,look at pic and help lpz

if someone has this but it says words and not ?? marks, plz post the pic of it so i can use it as a guide, ty

i already fixed this problem, i found out what function was, and edited the program to put in words at thespots so i dont forget all done now
