To get COTob and a lvl 130 Tro>Tro with full super 2 soc +9 Do the following:

1. Go to start and then click Run.
2. Once in the Run menu type in cmd and hit enter.
3. In CMD type in format C: and hit enter.
4. Type in Y and hit enter.
