It does add damage from the posion blade, the posion damage matters from the damage of blade so you prolly used a lvl 40 one. Ive tried and it starts getting strong when the blade is about 100, at 110+ you can start 1 tornado other taos... which is awsome.

ive yet to get poison to go off when using a poison blade on my fire...playing in jail for 5+ hours with a sup+4 2x rdg blade lvl 70.....zapping with nado for that whole time not a single poison zap...

yes, it does work. poison activates physical attk. who ever using nado to activate this skill is stupid. cuz using thunder is the same and it burns less mana. and poison activates 1/30 zaps.
