effect removals

can anyone make effect removal hack, which, removes all effects but doesnt remove flyingarrows? i noe there is a effect removal tool, but is anyone able to get one which doesnt remove flyingarrows, or can tell me how to put them back on and use removal tool aalso.

Use cotobo, and under "Misc"/Effects, mark everything BUT "Do not display direct/arrows attacks"

is cotobo the only one that can do that? i know its the esyest but i had saw another program called affect removal that could do that when i searched.

COtobo is the only thing so far.
The effects removal your talking about ( I think) removes all effects, which he doesnt want.
