Proxy Coding

can someone wright a simple proxy in c, c++, c# or python thatreceves the packet from the client, decodes it, prints out the content, recodes it , and sends it alkong to the ip i specify?

I am not lazy. I did SEARCH!

but in that post, where is the source code.

Oh yea i need the encryption & sending routines also.
