actually to everyone who says its against the law to scan someones computer, actually its not. And people saying its hacking. Thats if you dont consent to it, i personally dont have time to go through theirs tos. But im sure it has like the following.

Sooo, that means they would beable to do anything. And if you say thats illegal, they can't do it. You agreed to it, its just the same thing as selling your house. And as far fetched as it may seem, if they feel that taking your house to prevent cheating, they could. Now i havne't looked through their tos, but ims ure it has something similar to that. So if its in their tos, its 100% legal, if not, then theres legal issues with it.

That acturally makes perfect sence, and i agree with robsta because more then likely it does say that and i'm sure that they can since a lot of other companys do it

(e) Cheating Programs. To ensure fair play, The Company does not allow the use of any cheating programs such as macros, bots, or mouse emulators etc., to play Conquer. If you use these cheating programs, you may suffer severe consequences including, but not limited, to the followings: (i) The Company may suspend your Account for a indefinite period time; (ii) The Company may terminate your Account; and (iii) The Company reserves the right to seek further legal remedies against you.

(f) Modification Of The Client Program. All Members must use the client program provided by the Company. The Company periodically updates the client program as well, and all players are required to use the latest version of the Game. Modification of the client program of the Game is strictly prohibited. Any violations may result the termination of your Account.

(g) Exploitation of Program Bug. Members are prohibited from exploiting any programming bugs in Game, on the Web Site, and/or within The Company's system. Any violations may result the termination of Account.

If they ever do something they will probably check for the COtobo window or the .dll injected in the Conquer Online process.

COtobo doesn't use any fixed offsets, otherwise it would be too easy for them to make COtobo not work with Conquer Online.

That's what I think aswell, though anti virus companies might add it to their signatures when it's acting like malware.

k listen do this i was runign acounts besides but wit old ome ever one used so i know it wasnt wut did it, i was arguing allot wit gm about gm sould not be able to pk wit chars or realli play wit um on ser ver de run, cuzz would be like a judge of compatition being in event...then one day this gm pks me on one of her chars cuzz se saw er friend pking me adn revinve m, se decided to join in and be big ***. so i told ever one 2 or her chars namesi figured out was her from tiping adn confroting wit some pretty slick questions, so se pks me allot more,la da da, 2 days later me comp wants me allow allow accses to net from conquer a extra time so i let it, next thing i know me conquer is going down and freeezing ever 2 minuts adn here adn there valuable items i got in itesm screen disapear, only valuable ones, adni s tart geting errors on every thing adn graphic problems so i ran adn changed me pass on a difernt pc and i stoped dcing but was still geitgn oter stuf, so i restarted adn blocked all tims conqer wants to conect to net cept last 2 adn never got a problem since, i belive a gm was hacking me through the conquer network so i know they can and will do it if they feel like it, but they cant admit to it, they can however find out wut ur doing and pretend that soem one reported u for some ting reportable.
