Rebirth Question.

Hi, I am having a reborn water>fire made for me by a water farming archer and i just wanted to know that if it has learnt no water skills and it gets reborn will it learn the skills automatically? or will i have to go to the TC job center to learn the skills before i reborn?

think u have to have them already learned
but it isnt too hard to go tc and learn a couple spells isnt it?
