they say that if u have a fraud db u get BaNnEd
but
the question is where do they get those fraud dbs?
or how they make it?
there should some kind of .dat to make those stuff

we should make som kind of program to make dbs
umm... all dbs that someone may buy from TQ then cancel the payment on the dbs, usually best to do on friday or so, when gms dont work on weekends... ur character with the dbs wont be banned till monday... they will trace those dragonballs down and ban whoever has them or last had them. it sucks when your on the blunt end of the stick. i have been hit with this stick before...
long time ago..i mean long long time ago back in beta...there was this hack or glitch to make your own super gems..my friend made a couple of those before it was patched..maybe there was a time where dbs were also creatable and people have been saving up for years to be sold today..this might be the result of people getting banned for fake db's..as referenced to the person that started this thread..im not sure if there is a db fraud..i am just coming up with a theory that further explain your hypothesis...with a little bit of experience that i heard from a friend.

i am not sure if i am right or wrong...
but the .dat thing could be a key for that

Paypal DB fraud/scam.. 09/22/2008 - Conquer Online 2 - 10 Replies Hi, ive heard of people doing this as a way to get DBS, and i decided im going to try it.
Ive got about 200$ in my paypal, im going to order 10db codes (50dbs) then message paypal saying it wasnt me who did that transaction, paypal will refund the money to me, and tq will try and ban me/trace the dbs etc.
Now i think they might log the UID's of the dbs given so they can trace those dbs through accounts, i had this theory.. i credit the dbs to some level 50 noob whilst being at an internet...
