Normal players can easy have 5 sockets true, but how many "normal" players have super dragons in all of them, (super I suppose?) +4 weapons, +2 (super again?) attack ring at LVL 110?.
Sure, people CAN have it, however not everyone are prepared to bulkpack for virtual stuff like you.
