I think the + items are server side, it randomly add's a + to any item it see's fit

the +1 files are encripted so people like us it makes it a little harder to find but we still can get to them so get on cracking(i made a pun) on finding those files

the only thing that determines if an item is +1 or not is the server. and it is only determined when the item is picked up off the ground for the first time.
