How to make your own picture

I was wondering how people are being able to change thier own pictures i have been looking for awhile but i cannot find how to. Can anyone help me out? :?

first you have to klick on this link

second you click on" Your image avatars"
then you klick on "or upload an avatar" and search the file you want to upload ..( you could also upload it on another server( like

) and link to it ^^ )

when i try to upload an avatar it says:Sorry, but the URL you entered for your avatar was incorrectly formatted.

make sure u put the file extention in the url as well eg sitename.com/image/image.jpg
