1. download roboform from

2. make sure you have a toolbar in your internet client thing

3. fill out the info with random numbers like do this: if you phone number is 478-5818-4684 just do 478-5818-4685 do it off by one number and do you same zipcode and same email and stuff

4. fill all out

5. then to use it....

One more thing if you make a USA account paypal you won't be able to send your money. Because your sending limit will be 0 unless you add a credit card. So make a canadian paypal and that doesn't require a CC to send. =D
