Just thought i'd imitate some emo and say:
GMs won't retrieve items that are dropped on the ground then disappear. They will only retrieve items that is still in a player's possession. So if you think you might get caught, go to an empty area, drop the item, and let sit till it disappears.

I remember when co first started and alot of people used to come up ofering to trade, then closing and putting in the a different item, like a +1 and a none +1, and trying to pass it on
since i wasted alot of time and such i stoped tading out of the market stalls because i cba with people wasting my time, my brother did once fall for it, he was about 10 at the time i think so easy to see why.
don't get me wrong i dont have amazing morals, but cheating 10 year olds aint my idea of fun and there the only people dumb enuf to fall for it

Eventually they will say "Wtf? was goin on?" and be like, "Hey, i got an idea, let's do a drop trade!"
