If you want effects but not the new super bow arrow effects with the latest patch, use this version from the previous patch.

Erm prog4mer... Patch with the 4302 patch downloaded manually from the main site if you wanna see the graphics - you need all the new gfx files (won't be on autopatch at this time). The second file is only a backup taken from that patch. If you don't have the latest patch, you won't have the files that that ini calls to so it'd error.

New arrow graphics are like the ones for special arrows, eg. poison arrows.

Anyway multiclient and itemtype.dat got patched in this patch so if you're using those, you're going to have to remake them if you didn't figure already :S
