cast speedlightning like a stamina skill

If someone is able to make speedlightning like a stamina spell, it will be very good.
or an always activate skill.

it will be for hunting

i hope to see that very soon

speedlightning is a XP skill right?
if so, you can't do anything but wait for the XP to get up again.

no, really it's impossible

unless u wanna hack tq and btw, cyclone and sm were CLIENTside only so damage didn't change and nor did speed, just looked good

well, if we can make/discover packets to make it stamina, or a packet that casts it

and...is there a way to make water elf stamina?
