No hes using the chat log not the message time. In order to find out server time you post something on the msg part of CO. If you do it through chat its your own server time on your computer. Or you can just do the math and figure out what PST time is.

I figured out that there is a diff in min between the servers and the correct/official world timing. So it's best to check with the time in the msg board to know the exact time. I've had difference of up to 2-3 min. So the only way to know the correct server time is post a msg.
