This is a self extracting *slightly* modified rar file so people couldn't open it with WinRAR, it contains several executables encrypted using simple XOR 0x3C encryption so newbies couldn't read the file without running it. The first file I decrypted showed me this so it's pretty much sure what this is:

EnableNTInvisible.EnablePreHandle.EnableSpecialKeysLogging.SetHook
