Well, lets put this straight. Uhm i've seen several ppl with heavens blessing reviving like 0.1 second after they got killed, specially in PK arena or Guild Area.
people might want to help u more if u copyed the piece of code u found is causing it etc... no one here is psychic when we find an error we dont automaticly find it instantly we look for it also narrow it down to where it probably is then fix it maybe u should do the same and if you cant fix it then, then post the section of the code on here so we at least know you tried.

Go onto the ship in the bay.
Go down to the lowest floor.
Theres a mob at the bottom called a 'Blackwater Deckhand'
Kill it, she drops about 2.5s , cloth and some items occasionally.
Loot her
She spawns instantly Again
