I know there's a program that searches name in the screen that you put and attack (right click or left click ) watever I just cant find it. >.< Im srry for posting this noob post because im too busy too search that much srry, apology in ahead.
You mean like an autoclicker??? Theres only Hydrogen bomb that autoclicks, a sucky one but it is one. When i make it hit the brown stuff it hits once at least when it tries like 4 or 5 times.

2. Put F1,F2 for med and sit
3. select the skill u want to use as current skill
4. turn on this program
This program can work in background/minimized CO window
what it does is when u press F11, it will do a control click on the "red" area.
so whatever players/monsters stand there will be targeted
*shift screen helps if u dont like that red area location
