Toaist Using Bow And Arrow?

I'm quite confused on this one. Theres a guy using a bow and arrow useable for only archers, and wearing a toaist coat useable for only toaists. Does anyone know how he is doing this?

Just means he's reborn, when rb lvl 70+ you can use anything under lvl 70 regardless of any requirments

you can use all items up to lvl 70 if you are RB

No, it had the bow in red, not the gowns and other toaist stuff he was wearing.

You can't do that. You have to be an archer or anything reborn to wear a bow.
