Conquer Online Patch Highlights/Notes

Hey EPvPers!
I'm looking for a site where i can see all patch hisotry with notes/highlights

What i mean by highlights

Highlights of Patch 5216

1. Permanent Stones have been removed from the Shopping Mall, and the NPC Refinery Stabilizer is relocated to Market (299,212).
2. To solve the Horse Racing fence bug, players can now only sign up to enter the racing map after the match starts, and the sign-up time lasts for 10 minutes.

I know it exists because i once had the site but i lost it.
