This is actually legal and will stand up in a court of law. As long as you either A)dont advertise the product at all
B)Advertise the products name (noone looks at the hawking signs anyway lol.)

EDIT: this same thing works on ebay all the time lol.

you should put for the average price or a little lower, so they buy it quicker without even lookin at it.... oh and btw its tq's fault for not making new pics, cause they lazy XD
